The Arsenal Custom Shop SAM5SF-94 includes AK-74 Front Sight Block with 24x1.5mm RH threads, with AR-M5F Picatinny Rail system, Picatinny rails on 3 sides of lower handguard, ambidextrous safety and pistol grip, and a sling swivel attached. Includes AR-M5F Rail System.

Arsenal Custom Shop has manufactured SAM5SF rifles with a right-side folding tubular buttstock. This time-consuming and meticulous process involves extensive machining and fitting with the necessary components to make the folding mechanism work flawlessly and provide a rigid stock when extended.

Features 100% new-production parts and components. Bulgarian hot-die hammer forged receiver, bolt, and bolt carrier. Cold hammer-forged 16.3” barrel from Arsenal’s Bulgarian factory, built on Steyr manufacturing technology, hard-chrome plated bore and chamber. Installed on this rifle is the Enhanced Fire Control Group from FIME, the AK enthusiasts favorite.

This 5.56x45 rifle combines authentic, high-quality features rarely seen in the American market. Every component of the SAM5SF is engineered to provide decades of dependable and accurate service. The SAM5SF rifle is extremely sought after and a very collectible firearm.

Arsenal’s SAM5SF receiver is milled from a hot-die hammer forged receiver blank by the Arsenal Co. of Bulgaria. Other milled-receiver AKs are machined from bar stock, but Arsenal’s hot-die hammer forging produces stronger and finer-grained steel. Internal voids and cooling deformations are eliminated by the 5-ton hammer forging process.

The forged receiver blank requires over 5.5 hours of milling before assembly. This forging and milling process is complex and time-intensive, but Arsenal’s meticulous attention to detail delivers a receiver of unequalled strength, precision and durability.

You can easily buy firearms online from K-VAR Corp! We will ship directly to the Federal Firearm License (FFL) of your choice, just specify which FFL you would like to use, while checking out. Firearms must be shipped to an FFL holder, which is usually any type of business that sells firearms.

Key Points:

There are NO RETURNS on firearms! All Sales Are Final.
Firearms MUST be shipped to an FFL Dealer - at checkout you will be able to select one based on your shipping zip code.
It is your responsibility to contact the FFL Dealer to ensure they accept firearms transfers. They will also explain their fees and federal, state, and local requirements and fees.
