Most orders are shipped on the same or the next business day on which the order is placed. However, some orders, especially if they contain firearms, require additional processing time, and may not ship on the same or the next business day based on availability certian required information.
If you see your order status as PENDING this generally means, we are needing some additional information like a copy of the dealer’s updated FFL before we can proceed with shipping. Just becasue the FFL is listed on our FFL finder even as preferred, it doesn't mean we have a current and updated copy of their FFL. Prefered only means we have done business with that FFL in the past.
The shipping method that you select when placing an order (Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select) indicates the transit time with the carrier only once it leaves our warehouse and is not a guarantee that the order will be delivered in 1, 2, or 3 days from the date of the order.
Next Day Air does not include Saturday delivery and all shipping is based on business days and does not include weekends or holidays.
Any change to the delivery method, delivery options, address change or correction, or any other modification that will require the carrier’s intervention, will incur an additional $23.00 per incident charge and will need to be paid in advance prior to K-Var initiating the change.
All Firearms that are classified as a pistol/handgun are required to ship 2-day air and will be automatically set to use that as the minimum shipping method.
All firearm shipments are Adult Signature Required which incurs an additional fee.
The shipping cutoff time is approx. 1:30 pm pst Mon-Fri. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
We also offer FREE SHIPPING to Las Vegas area locals on phone orders only. This is valid on MOST orders over $250. You must place your order over the phone with one of our sales reps and your zip code must fall within the Las Vegas Valley to qualify for free shipping*

Lost or missing shipments must be reported to the freight company within 30 days. All shipments have tracking numbers that you can use to determine if your order has been delivered or is still in transit. If your tracking shows the item was delivered and it was not, please contact the shipping company first and alert them of the issue. All orders are shipped with no signature required except for ammo and firearms.
K-Var will not cover or replace items delivered properly by the carrier but are stolen (Porch Pirates) before a customer is able to retrieve the package.
The buyer has 30 days from the order of merchandise (FIREARMS, NFA, & CLEARANCE ITEMS EXCLUDED) to return or exchange.
All returns must have a Return Authorization number before returning. Please contact K-Var at 702-364-8880 during business hours to obtain an RMA number before shipping the item back to us.
ANY PACKAGE ARRIVING WITHOUT A CLEARLY VISIBLE RMA NUMBER WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED TO THE SENDER BY THE RECEIVING DEPARTMENT.
Returned items must be packaged securely. If the returned product is damaged during shipment to K-Var, a refund or exchange may not be granted. The refunded amount is for the cost of the product only, minus a 15% restocking fee.

We do not offer international shipping and will only ship to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii
Ammunition
All ammunition sales are final and non-returnable once they have shipped from our warehouse.
Ammo can only be shipped via Ground Shipping.
All ammunition is shipped Adult Signature Required
We are unable to ship ammunition to Alaska, California, Washington DC, Hawaii, New Jersey, and New York state.
Firearms
You are responsible for ensuring that the FFL dealer you pick from our ATF-provided list accepts firearms transfers, prior to completing your order. We cannot reroute a firearm once shipped, the firearm will need to be returned to us and reshipped to an accepting dealer at the customer’s expense.
Please ensure that before taking possession of a firearm you check the firearm for any defects. Once you have taken possession of the firearm through the dealer, K-Var can no longer issue an RMA #/ call tag for the firearm. Any and all issues with the firearm will have to be taken up with the Manufacturer directly at that point.
K-Var does not reimburse FFL transfer fees. If a defect is observed after the transfer of the firearm is complete you must deal directly with the manufacturer for any repair or replacement. The Manufacturer will coordinate the return of the firearm directly with the customer.
We do not offer refunds on any Firearms or NFA items once they have been shipped to the FFL dealer. *
*Cancelling an order paid via Credovia once their contract is signed will still incur a 15% restocking fee even if the firearm has not shipped. Orders already sent to our warehouse that are picked, packed, and ready to ship out will also have a restocking fee applied. We will offer an exchange for an identical firearm as long as the original firearm has not been transferred to you or the paperwork filed and remains at the FFL.
Parts & Accessory Returns
Unserialized firearm parts will be accepted for return if they are in new/unmodified condition. In their original packaging and resaleable condition.
Any parts that have been modified in any way from the original factory specs will not be accepted for return or refund for any reason.
Accessory items that have been opened from the original manufacturer's packaging will not be accepted for return.
Returns will NOT be accepted for any accessories that have been installed.
Most accessory items have a manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer if there are any issues with / post-installation.
We do not refund the original shipping and handling charge. We will only cover the cost of return shipping back to us if the item is defective and we are providing another of the exact same item in exchange. Otherwise you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us.
All returns are also subject to a 15% restocking fee.
