Q: What do I need to provide in order to purchase a firearm from K-Var?
A: If you are purchasing Firearm(s): You must provide us in the note field (in step 2 of check-out), your FFL Holder's Company or Name and FFL Address. The FFL holder must also FAX us a copy of their FFL to Fax: 1 (702) 307-2293, if they are not yet on file. Also note that we can only ship it to the FFL's address, please change (modify) your shipping address to the FFL Holder's Address to avoid any delays.
YOU must alert your dealer to supply us with a valid a Federal Firearms License or FFL. Orders will not be processed without it. Please make sure the FFL is not expired and that all correspondence contains the following information:
If any of the above information is missing, or if the FFL is expired, K-VAR will not be able to move forward with processing. Once all necessary information is in place, please have your dealer e-mail or fax the FFL to K-VAR at:

Due to demand and current, unprecedented circumstances industry-wide; it is now the customer’s responsibility to see that a valid FFL with necessary information is sent to K-VAR. K-VAR will NOT be responsible for obtaining a valid FFL or necessary missing information.
Q: What does my Order Status Indicate?
A: Processing= Your order and payment has been recieved and is in the queue to be reviewed by one of our customer service reps. Once all the information is verified the order will be completed and given to our shipping dept.
Pending= There is an issue with your order that needs attention. For firearm purchases this generally means we need an update copy of the transfering dealers FFL. You should contact customer service for more information.
Complete= This means we have completed the review of your order and it has been moved to our warehouse for shipping. You will generally recieve a shipping conformation via email within 1-5 business of the order being switched to complete.
Cancelled= Your order has for some reason has been cancelled. This can be due to an item being out of stock among other issue. Please contact customer service for more information.
Q: What if I need to cancel an order?
A: If you need to cancel an order please call our customer service during regular business hours at 702-364-8880 ext 2. Please contact them ASAP after decieding to cancel the order because once an order is processed and has a tracking number it can no longer be cancelled and all of our return/refund policies come into effect. Please do not email your request to cancel an order as that email may not be read in time to intercept the order.

A: K-VAR Corp. is not open to the general public and does not offer tours of any kind.
Q: Does K-VAR Corp. have a store front that I can purchase product from?

A: We no longer accept money orders on our website. All website orders must be paid via Credit Card.

A: FedEx ground is the our standard shipping method. We do also offer FedEx Next Day, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select as options on the website. If you need shipping via USPS please contact our sales staff at (702) 364-8880.
Q: What is the average turn around time for an online order?
A: Orders are currently taking 3 to 7 business days to process and ship due to COVID-19 precautions and increased sales volume. Most orders are usually shipped on the same or next business day of the day the order is placed. However, some orders, especially if they contain firearms, require additional processing time and may not ship on the same or next business day. The shipping method that you select when placing an order (Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select) indicates the transit time with FedEx only and is not a guarantee that the order will be delivered in 1, 2, or 3 days from the date of the order.

A: No, if you need parts installed please contact a professional gunsmith.

A: No we only offer shipping to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii
