TA33-13: Trijicon ACOG 3x30 Scope, Dual Illumination Red Horseshoe / Dot .223 Ballistic Reticle with TA51 Mount

Trijicon's ACOG (Advanced Combat Optical Gunsight) is a fixed-power compact riflescope with illuminated reticle pattern for use in bright to low/no light with legendary durability and reliability. Every feature of its design was chosen for a single purpose, to provide increased hit potential in all lighting conditions.

    K-VAR keeps it real
I purchased this TA33 ACOG on clearance from K-VAR and will share my experience:

When I received the optic, I noticed something wasn’t right.  It looked like someone botched the etching of the reticle as it had black spots around the horseshoe.  I thought at first it could be my eyesight as I do have a slight stigmatism,  but my wife saw the same the thing.  I then called Trijicon technical support who had me take a photo looking through the reticle, and they deemed it defective saying something about mirror distortion.  Sucks for me, but those things do happen.  They said I could send it to them which had a 6 week turnaround time, or work with my retailer.

I called K-VAR to discuss the problem and requested an exchange.  A gentleman from their support promptly sent me a return shipping label.  About 1ish week later I received the optic and it was perfect.  K-VAR’s service team did an excellent job of making things right, and the rep I spoke to owned the issue start to finish
