I bought 3 of these for my Fime Vepr FM-AK74-21 and they worked great! I switched out the tubular stock and put an RPK74M rear tang assembly to use clubfoot stock. The rear trunnion on the “21 series” is the same folding trunnion as the RPK74M rear trunnion assembly. The clubfoot polymer black stock was already put on a real RPK74M and the taken off and sold to me. It was not virgin. The screws went in perfectly though! Not loose, nice indexing into original thread pattern that the Russians used, and the heads of the screws sat perfectly snugged and recessed into the tang screw holes that are recessed dimpled. It was like the same screw was taken out n put right back im. Even though these are suggested for vigin stocks, mine worked perfectly! I like torx over Philips head or slotted screws as the heads don’t strip out as easily! I will gladly buy these again! Please keep the simple necessities in stock K-VAR like these screws! These are correct thread pitch and much needed by everyone that buys polymer buttstocks that don’t come with the mounting screws!
