Product reviews for Howa Mini Action 7.62x39MM Caliber 5rd Rifle

There has been a lot of press about the Ruger bolt action chambering in this caliber and its reported MOA accuracy with steel cased ammo. The Legacy-Howa in 7.62X39....or at least the standard 22" barreled version groups a lot tighter than that and K-Var is now offering the rifle for $399....unreal. And this rifle is actually built substantially and doesnt have the hollow plastic toy feeling that the Ruger American Ranch in this chambering has...it is a LOT more rifle for less money than the Ruger.
Great for range or plinking and tremendous for hunting. I have harvested deer sized game with an SKS so I am certain that with a LOT more accuracy and the same round that feat can be accomplished much more readily and possibly in a more humane manner with this incredibly accurate rifle.
