Please note that in accordance to §922(a)(2) of The Gun Control Act of 1968, K-Var Corp. does not sell firearms directly to the end-user. All sales of firearms must go through a federally licensed dealer or gun shop. If you do not hold a Federal Firearms License, you must have your local dealer contact us with their information in order to complete the sale. All shipments of firearms must go to the premises address indicated on the Federal Firearms License with no exceptions. If you are placing an order for firearms you must provide us in the Note Field (in step 2 of check-out process), your FFL Holder’s Company or Name and FFL Address. Changing your shipping address to FFL’s address will also expedite the order processing time. The FFL holder must also FAX or EMAIL us a copy of their FFL to (702) 307-2303 or customerservice@k-var.com, if they are not on file with us yet. PLEASE NOTE THAT K-VAR VERIFIES ALL FFL NAMES, NUMBERS, AND ADDRESSES WITH THE CURRENT BATFE DATABASE (BATFE’ FFLEZCHECK PROGRAM) FOR VALIDITY AND MATCHING INFORMATION BEFORE PROCESSING AND SHIPPING ANY ORDERS, WITH NO EXCEPTION.
