In light of the current political affairs, I want to reach out to you with an important message.

As you know, the ATF, State Department, and other Federal and International agencies and organizations are constantly pushing their agendas to limit our industry and free flow of firearms products in the Untied States and worldwide.

K-Var Corporation has always been in the forefront to support organizations who work for the firearm communities and making the difference. That is why K-Var Corp. is a proud board member of the FAIR Trade Group. We have been working hard with the rest of the FAIR Trade Group member companies to make difference and protect our industry and make sure we are there to serve the firearms community needs.

Since its establishment in early 90’s, FAIR Trade Group has been the most focused group, working in federal and international arenas to make sure that the imports and manufacturing companies are protected from nonsensical regulations, ultimately benefiting YOU, the firearms community. FAIR Trade Group works vigorously with the federal agencies (ATF, State Department, Customs, etc.) to make sure that the rights of the imports community is protected, that the imports companies are alive despite the countless obstacles that are constantly put in our ways. FAIR Trade Group also works in the international arenas such as the United States’ World Forum to make sure that the free flow of products are not interrupted or banned altogether.

The latest developments from the State Department regarding not only restrictions on imports but also new regulations on domestic manufacturing and gunsmithing have forced FAIR Trade Group to take actions in this regards too. These are new regulations that not only affect imports community but also our entire industry and the future of firearms in the United States.

The recent rise in effort to push their regulatory agendas and the current political uncertainty require our industry and all of us to be more cautious and stand up for our right. That is why FAIR Trade Group is stepping up its efforts to stand up against these unfair regulations and obstacles. But as you know, when there is more to be done, it costs that much more to get them done.

That is way, by FAIR Trade Group’s blessing, K-Var Corp. has started a donation drive to raise funding for FAIR current and future existence and extended work. K-Var Corp. has dedicated $25,000 to match every dollar donated by you.
